Plastic crushers support recycling process in its initial stage. The usage of these devices considerably reduces amount of material waste and residues, which brings about measureable results for production costs. Plastic crushers are used in grinding both soft and hard materials such as: PP, PET, PVC, films, rubbers or wood. They are adapted to work with production lines or apart.
Thanks to compact steel construction and bearing lubrication system, our plastic crushers provide low noise with relatively low power consumption. Use of proper selection of screens and blades systems (with a small gap between them) enables to obtain a repetitive, finely grinded fraction of the material. Plastic grinder machines guarantee safe use, especially during rapid cleaning and replacing blades. The applied safety switches prevent device from starting, when the front panel is open, while the emergency stop buttons allow device to be turned off immediately during operation.
